PRICE LIST OF ACCOUNTING SERVICES
 
Customers are invoiced on a monthly basis according to the valid price list.
 
Depending on the tasks, their volume and an agreement with a customer, there are 3 different invoicing methods available:
Based on the number of monthly accounting transactions and other accounting services;
Based on hourly charge.
  
 
 Service cost is a sum of base rate and price of additional services ordered by a customer. It is a practical calculation method for the customer pays for the actual work and ordered services.
 
Base rate depends on a number of monthly transactions entered in the daybook. The number of monthly transactions can be always accessed via a report generated by the accounting program.
 
As a rule, service cost is based on the number of transactions in a reporting period.
 
 
 
Also  a monthly flat rate is available for the customers. This is computed after the main ledger is prepared for the first three months. 
  
The number of transactions is based on original documents. A transaction constitutes a journal entry to describe an accounting activity (for example, registering a sales invoice, bank transaction, a main asset, doing payroll or calculating interest). For example, 1 original document, 1 sales invoice = 1 entry. The only exception is constituted by a bank statement where every line accounts as an entry.

The monthly base rate starts at 32 euros per company.
 
 
The base rate includes:
  • Preparing and installing the accounting system (chart of accounts);
  • Verification and registration of source documents (sales and purchase invoices, receipts, delivery notes, contracts etc);
  • Transactions of source documents according to Estonian legislation and Good Accounting Standards;
  • Record keeping of accounts receivable and accounts payable once a month;
  • Transactions of cash register (incl. cash income and payment orders);
  • Keeping records of reporting person;
  • Keeping records of main assets (stock taking, amortizing main assets, depreciation calculation);
  • Payroll for up to 2 persons based on the information provided by the customer;
  • Keeping records of salaries, interests, loans etc;
  • Calculation of labor taxes, preparation and submission of declarations (TSD-declaration);
  • Calculation of VAT, preparation and submission of declarations (VAT-declaration, VD-declaration);
  • Preparation and submission of balance sheet and income statement by the date of 23rd of the following month per e-mail;
  • Preparation of other printouts of accounting registers if needed;
  • Consultation in other accounting and tax questions.

     
    The base rate depends on the accounting transactions per month as follows:

Accounting service based on hourly pay
 
The price of accounting service calculation is based on hourly pay, if the customer is not using the monthly service and there is only need of making all financial year accounting works with preparing the annual report once a year. Many small companies do not need the monthly accounting service because they have only 1-2 board members, who are also the only employees in the company. In such a case they are handling current day-to-day financial operations (preparing sales invoices, paying cost invoices, submitting tax declarations etc). They only need the making of all accounting transactions and preparing the annual report once a year.
 
Accounting service based on hourly pay is also used by:
  • Verification of previous accounting works and periods;
  • Restoration and correcting of previous accounting periods.

Hourly pay is 25.00 €, which is a subject to VAT.
